Our retainer packages deliver structured operations services to your portfolio on an ongoing basis. Dependent on the package, Alpine clients can receive consistent CapEx and OpEx budget validation, vendor contract review and benchmarking, facilities management oversight, and field visits, with structured reporting and regular touchpoints built into every engagement. Three package tiers available. All engagements are annual.
Retainer clients receive preferred pricing on due diligence engagements.

John leads Alpine Advisors' portfolio operations practice, bringing deep experience overseeing capital projects, facilities operations, and underwriting across a $3B+ institutional portfolio of more than 120 assets. He has led CapEx and OpEx underwriting on over $1B in acquisitions, working directly with investment, asset management, and operating teams to execute capital plans and drive consistent operational performance at scale. His experience spans public-to-private REIT transitions, ground-level field operations, and portfolio-wide capital strategy, giving Alpine's service platform the operational depth that institutional clients require.
Jamie Cresto
Founder & Managing Partner
Jamie leads firm strategy and client delivery at Alpine Advisors, drawing on executive leadership experience within Carlyle and Vista Equity backed portfolio companies. She brings institutional-grade forecasting, board-level reporting, and performance management frameworks that shape how Alpine builds and delivers its operations services. Her background in transaction-driven growth environments, where capital discipline and executive accountability were central to value creation, directly informs the structure and standards of Alpine's service platform.
